No coding tests, no whiteboard puzzles. Just a conversation about how you think, what you’ve learned, and where you stand on AI.
1. Register
Tell us about your role, industry, and experience, add your LinkedIn profile, and give consent for how your profile and assessment can be used.
2. Get invited
We email you a secure, single-use invitation link. It's valid for 72 hours; once you start your assessment, that window no longer matters.
3. Complete 13 questions
No coding questions, ever. Ten scenario-based multiple-choice questions with a short voice explanation, and three open-ended voice questions about your industry and your view on AI. Everything happens in one sitting; once you submit an answer, it's locked.
4. We review, and may reach out
Your profile and responses are reviewed. If a company is looking for someone with your background and you've consented to be considered, we'll contact you with next steps. We don't promise a match or a timeline.
